Terms and Conditions – Mera-Meet

By accessing or using the Mera-Meet Matrimony App, you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions and the End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any objectionable, abusive, or inappropriate content or behavior.

1. Eligibility

Mera-Meet is for individuals:

• Seeking a serious, monogamous relationship,

• Aged 18 and above,

• From or interested in the Sikh community.

2. User Agreement
By creating an account or using Mera-Meet, you consent to abide by these Terms and the EULA.

These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Mera-Meet.

3. Account Usage and Responsibility
You may register as yourself or on behalf of a family member (e.g., parents setting up a profile). You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Do not share your account with others.

All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct
Mera-Meet is to be used solely for the purpose of finding a life partner and treat others respectfully.

You must NOT:

• Post false, misleading, illegal, or offensive content.

• Engage in harassment, abuse, impersonation, or misrepresentation.

• Violate the privacy, dignity, or safety of other users.

The app actively filters objectionable content using automated and manual moderation techniques.

Users may flag objectionable content and report abusive or suspicious behavior directly within the app.

All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken, including content removal or account suspension.

5. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of your content (e.g., photos, profile details).

By posting, you grant Mera-Meet a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display your content within the platform for matchmaking purposes.

6. Mera-Meet’s Rights
We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates our terms, is flagged by users, or is deemed inappropriate.

• Suspend or delete accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or misconduct without notice.

7. No Guarantees
While Mera-Meet aims to offer a safe and effective platform, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as successful matches or marriages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our values or guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mera-Meet is not responsible for offline outcomes or interactions between users.

10. Updates to Terms
These Terms and the EULA may be updated periodically.

Continued use of Mera-Meet implies acceptance of any changes. We recommend reviewing this section regularly.
